ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

PROJECT:  CITY OF WILMINGTON SKYLINE CENTER PROJECT 

Monteith Construction has been selected as the CM at Risk and is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the City of Wilmington Skyline Center Project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Project is located at 929 N Front Street, Wilmington, NC 28401.  The Skyline project is an anticipated phased renovation to the existing offices on various floors of an existing 11 story building, new construction of a customer service center, security and AV upgrades as well as a future relocation and improvements to the City Council Chambers for Wilmington.

  • Postal Specialties (Mailboxes)
  • FF&E (Monitors, Furnish, and Install)
  • Fire Sprinkler
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Electrical & Fire Alarm
  • Low Voltage

Bid packages may change based on the response of qualified bidders.

Prequalifications will be received no later than August 9th, 2024.

An outreach meeting will be held via Zoom on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 3:30 PM.

Relevant project experience will be considered during prequalification.

This project is anticipated to bid late August/Early September.  Only bids from prequalified contractors will be accepted.

The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Pre-qualifications.  Contracting method will be through Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statues.  For further information or questions related to this project, please contact Maria Rosales 317.366.3022.
