Monteith Construction has been selected as the CM at Risk and is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment of the following bid packages: 

  • General Trades
  • Millwork
  • Doors Frames & Hardware/ Toilet Accessories
  • Glass & Glazing (Interior Storefront) and Railings
  • Framing & Drywall
  • Ceilings
  • Flooring
  • Paint & Wallcovering
  • Window Treatments
  • Fire Sprinkler
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Electrical & Fire Alarm

Sealed bids will be received on November 7th, 2024, at 3:00 PM at:

You must be prequalified to bid. 

Bids documents are available on iSQFT, and access can be obtained by emailing [email protected] . 

A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the Skyline Center at 929 N Front St, Wilmington, NC 28401.  A site walk will take place immediately after. 

The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Contracting method will be through Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statues.
