Balfour Beatty is currently bidding the CMS Northwest School of the Arts – Project 2 to prequalified bidders.  A subcontractor outreach will be held for 2^nd and 3^rd tier bidders/suppliers.

The project consists of a new 3 story visual arts building on the CMS NWSA campus, the renovation of 5 additional buildings, and demolition of the remaining 2 buildings.

Subcontractor Outreach Meeting:
Friday, 3/1/24 @ 11 am.
