COMPLIANCE PROPERTY MANAGER II

The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro located in Goldsboro, NC (50 miles east of Raleigh, NC) is seeking qualified candidates to fill an open full-time position as Compliance / Property Manager II for the agency.  Pay will be based on experience and skills. Must possess a valid NC Driver’s License and maintain a good driving record. Preferred skills include the ability to read and interpret policy, communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form, ability to identify problems and offer proper solutions, as well as prepare well defined reports and make appropriate recommendations within scope of responsibility. Knowledge of laws and standards that apply to public housing management and HUD regulations a plus.
