Muter Construction, the CMR for the Currituck Hangar for the Elizabeth City State University School of Aviation, is seeking sealed proposals for the following bid packages:  BP-01 General Trades; BP-03 Concrete; BP-04 Masonry; BP-06 Architectural Woodwork; BP-07 Fluid Applied Air Barriers & Sealants; BP-08A Doors, Frames & Hardware; BP-08B Overhead Coiling Doors; BP-08C Aluminum Frames, Entrances & Glazing; BP-09A Framing, Drywall & Insulation; BP-09B Ceramic Tile; BP-09C Acoustic Ceilings; BP-09D Resinous Flooring & Concrete Sealer; BP-09E Carpet & VCT; BP-09F Painting; BP-10A Signage; BP-10B Toilet Partitions & Accessories; BP-12 Roller Shades; BP-13 Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB); BP-22 Plumbing; BP-23 HVAC; BP23A – HVAC & Plumbing Combo; BP-26 Electrical & Fire Alarm; BP-31 Earthwork, Utilities & Exterior Improvements; BP-32A Fencing; BP-32B Landscaping.

Packages will be bid to prequalified contractors only.  Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on February 11, 2025, and must be hand-delivered to:
