Mecklenburg County is requesting the submission of Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) services for the Former Civil Courts Building Renovation and Associated Projects located in Mecklenburg County.

The Firm selected must be NC licensed, qualified, and have experience providing these services in accordance with NC State Building Code and Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement Standards.
