REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ RISK SERVICES

MECKLENBURG COUNTY,
NORTH CAROLINA 

Mecklenburg County is requesting a Statement-of-Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified General Contractors for Construction Manager @ Risk services for a New Parking Deck.

The Firm selected must be licensed in North Carolina, qualified & have experience providing General Contracting Construction Services utilizing CM@Risk methodology.

Submittals must be received by June 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
