Sealed proposals will be received from Bidders by Beaufort County Community College, 5337 US Hwy. 264 East, Washington, NC 27889, Attn: Mr. Sammy Deans, Director of Campus Operations, in Building #10 Board Room, up to 3:00 PM Tuesday, February 25, 2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of:

Pre-Bid Meeting; Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Beaufort County Community College, Building #10 Board Room.

Alternate Bid No. 1; Extend Asphalt Drive.

Alternate Bid No. 2; Preferred Alternate; Firelite Fire Alarm System.

Alternate Bid No. 3; Preferred Alternate; Door Hardware- Corbin-Russwin where specified as Basis for Design.
