NOTICE TO BIDDERS

An open Pre Bid Conference will be held for interested bidders and vendors in the Resident Engineers Office, 1194 Prison Camp Road, Whiteville, Zip Code 28472, Columbus County at 1:30 PM on April 30, 2025 to address project specific inquiries, clarifications and bidding procedures.  Attendance is voluntary.  Contract work is located at the Division of Motor Vehicles Offices, 917 Washington Street, Whiteville, Zip Code 28472, Columbus County.

In accordance with General Statute G.S. 133-3, preferred brand alternates and performance standards will be identified as it pertains to Section 08 71 00, Hardware Requirements.

Sealed proposals will be received on May 8, 2025 until 3:00 PM for Single Prime Bids in the Resident Engineers Office, 1194 Prison Camp Road, Whiteville, Zip Code 28472, Columbus County for the construction of the DMV & SHP Offices project, at which time and place bids received will be opened and read.

Complete Instruments of Service can be obtained from MBF Architects, P.A., 317-C Pollock Street, New Bern, Zip Code 28560 during normal office hours after April 8, 2025.

The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive informalities.
