Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by the Town of Holly Springs and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and tools for the Eagles Landing Park in Holly Springs, NC.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Scope of work to include the development of approximately 40 acres for a community park and recreation center for the Town of Holly Springs. The main building on this new campus will be the 100,000 SF recreation center, constructed of structural steel and precast concrete panels with masonry, metal panel and storefront veneer. The interior is comprised of a large four-court gymnasium area, fitness center, exercise rooms, locker rooms, multipurpose rooms, childcare/playground, and lobby & office/admin areas. There will be roughly 38 disturbed acres of sitework. The new campus will consist of 2 large multi-purpose fields, two basketball courts, six pickleball courts, splash pad, skatepark, playground and greenway walking trail. Exterior scope to also include the addition of a new restroom building with a picnic shelter and renovations & expansion of an existing maintenance building on site.
