Muter Construction is seeking to prequalify contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, material, and equipment for the ECU Howell Science Building South Renovation. Project Description:
Renovation to the existing structure that was built in 1969. The facility includes three separate towers with connectors for a total of approximately 127,794 SF. Work will address deferred maintenance throughout, including building systems, life safety, accessibility, code compliance, and abatement.

Similar project experience will be considered during prequalification. Submittals for prequalification forms must be submitted electronically. The CMR and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Prequalification Packages. The contracting method will be through a Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143-135.8 of the NC General Statutes.
