CONSTRUCTION BID SOLICITATIONS FROM PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS 

Muter Construction, the CMR for the ECU Howell Science South Building Renovation, is seeking sealed proposals for the following re-bid packages:  (BP01) General Trades & Site Labor; (BP05) Structural Steel/Steel Deck/Cold-Formed Metal Framing; (BP06) Arch Woodwork/Millwork/ Cabinets/Countertops; (BP07B) Roofing, Phenolic Resin Wall Panels/Soffit Panels/Rainscreen System/Sheet Metal Flashing; (BP07C) Spray-Applied Insulation; (BP07D) Spray Applied Fireproofing; (BP08B) Aluminum Storefront/ Mirrors/Glazing/ Curtainwall; (BP09A) Terrazzo Flooring; (BP09C) Ceramic Tile; (BP09D) Acoustical Panel Ceilings; (BP09E) Resinous Flooring; (BP09G) Painting, Tackable Wall Coverings; (BP10C) Preservation Cabinets and Grow Rooms; (BP11) Lab Casework/Hoods & Furnishings; (BP13) Controlled Environment Rooms; (BP14) Conveying Equipment; (BP21) Fire Suppression; (BP22) Plumbing; (BP23) HVAC; (BP22-23) Plumbing & HVAC Combo.

Packages will be re-bid to prequalified contractors only.  Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on May 21, 2024, and must be hand-delivered to:
