ECU Nursing Classroom Upgrades

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

East Carolina University in Greenville NC is accepting proposals until 2:00 pm on April 8, 2025, in the Main Conference Room at ECU Facilities Engineering & Architectural Services (1001 East 4th Street, Greenville NC), for the project ECU Nursing Classroom Upgrades, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read aloud.

This project includes:

  1. Retrofitting power to the existing lecture hall seats.  Power will be fed from existing electrical rooms on the same floor.
  1. Upgrading/replacing Audio/Visual systems in classrooms 1100, 1102 and 1104.
  1. Conversion of the existing computer lab 2160 and adjacent rooms to new nursing simulation lab.
  1. Lighting replacement in classrooms 1100, 1102, 1104, 1120, 1150, 1335, 1345, 1410, 2335, 2345, 2502G, 3405.

Bids will be received for a single prime contract.  All proposals shall be lump sum.   Allowances, Bid Alternates and Unit Prices are included as part of the bid.
