ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY 

ECU TELEHEALTH-RENOVATE BLDG 109

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on August 13, 2024, at 1001 East 4th Street, Main Conference Room, Greenville NC 27858, for the construction of the ECU Telehealth – Renovate Building 109 project at which time all placed bids will be opened and read.

The scope of work includes the complete interior renovation, systems replacement, and roof replacement for a 4400 SF one story wood framed office building.

Bids will be received for Single Prime only.  All proposals shall be lump sum.  Prequalification is not required.

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on July 23, 2024, at 2 pm at 1001 East 4th Street, Main Conference Room, Greenville NC 27858.  The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.  Visit to project premises will follow.

Hardcopy plans and specifications can be obtained from Skinner Farlow Kirwan Architecture, 301 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 270, Raleigh, NC 27603 (984) 222-0572 during normal office hours.  The plan deposit is $100 (to Skinner Farlow Kirwan Architecture) will be returned to those bidders provided all documents are returned in good, usable condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.  PDF plans and specifications can be obtained directly from lgates@sfkarchitecture at no cost.

Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of Skinner Farlow Kirwan Architecture (984) 222-0572 and in the digital plan rooms of the Associated General Contractors, Carolinas Branch, via ConstructConnect (RCD), and Dodge Construction Network Corporation.
