Project Description:
The project is a comprehensive renovation that includes all necessary abatement, removal of all interior walls, stairs, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and rebuilding to meet current codes.  This project also includes the addition of an elevator to serve the second-floor levels of the original building and the annex.  The exterior breezeway and stairs will be demolished, and the building addition will enclose the connection between the two structures with conditioned space.
