Muter Construction, the CMR for the Whichard Building Renovation, is seeking sealed proposals for the following bid packages:  (BP03) Cast-in-Place Concrete; (BP04) Masonry; (BP06) Int. Architectural Woodwork, Architectural Cabinets, Countertops; (BP07B) Modified Bituminous Membrane Roof, Sheet Metal Flashing & Trim, Roof Specialties; (BP09E) Interior Painting, Exterior Painting & Staining; (BP12) Curtains + Drapes/Roller Window Shades; (BP14) Hydraulic Elevators; (BP21) Fire Suppression; (BP31) Earthwork/Site Improvements & Utilities.

Packages will be re-bid to prequalified contractors only. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on January 28, 2025, and must be hand-delivered to:
