“Edgecombe County Human Services Building Electrical Renovations”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Edgecombe County Human Services Building Electrical Renovations” will be received by Edgecombe County in Room 260, located in the Edgecombe County Administration Building located at 201 St Andrew Street, Tarboro, NC 27886, until 3:00 PM, on April 17, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Edgecombe County Human Services Building Electrical Renovations project. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on March 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the project site located at 122 E St James Street, Tarboro, NC 27886. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $500.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 (252-937-2500), or by emailing Ashley Seaman ([email protected]) beginning March 24, 2025, during normal office hours.
