ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the owner’s project manager until 2:30 pm local time, on 01-16-2025, at UNC Facilities Planning and Design, 103 Airport Drive, Campus Box 1090, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, 27599, for Elevator Modernizations at Brinkhous-Bullitt, Lineberger Cancer Center and Hamilton Hall Buildings, at which time and place bids will be opened and read.
Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained in PDF format free of charge from MHAworks, P.A., 800 Taylor Street, Suite 9A-154, Durham, North Carolina 27701, (919) 682-2870, during normal office hours after 12-02-2024. Hard copies will not be issued.
The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
Pre-Bid Meeting
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will be held for all interested bidders and vendors on 12-17-2024 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Parties will meet at the Lineberger Cancer Center, 101 Manning Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27514, at 1:00 pm local time. Pay parking is available at the Dogwood parking deck, located at the intersection of Manning Drive and Hospital Drive, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514. Parties will process to the Brinkhous-Bullitt building, 160 Medical Drive, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514, at 2:00 pm local time, and to Hamilton Hall, 102 Emerson Drive, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514 at 3:00 pm local time.
Bids will be received for a single prime contract.
