EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Elizabeth City State University Dixon Hall Façade Improvement Due 02/13/2025 @2:00 p.m).

Project Description:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:

  1. New brick veneer exterior wall system including, but not limited to the following:
  2. New facebrick veneer.
  3. New perimeter footing extensions as indicated.
  4. New rigid insulation and bituminous dampproofing over existing precast panels.
  5. Removal and replacement of downspouts.
  6. Remove and relocate existing utility connections to the existing equipment.
  7. New dimensional lettering.
  8. New metal coping extension.
