Sealed proposals will be received from Bidders by Elizabeth City State University, Elizabeth City State University, Facilities Management – Design and Construction, Trigg Hall, Room 136, 1704 Weeksville Road, Campus Box 749, Elizabeth City, NC 27909, attn:  Ryan Strickland Director of Design and Construction, up to 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in Trigg Hall Conference Room, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of:

Performance & Payment Bonds required for Bids over $500,000.
