Metals; (BP06) Architectural Woodwork; (BP07A) Waterproofing & Sealants; (BP07B) Roofing; (BP07C) Spray-Applied Fireproofing; (BP07D) Wall Panels; (BP08A) Doors/Frames/Hardware; (BP08B) Aluminum Entrances & Storefront; (08C) Overhead Coiling & Vertical Lifting Bi-Fold Doors; (BP09A) Framing/Drywall/Insulation & ACT; (BP09B) Ceramic Tile; (BP09C) ACP & Baffles; (BP09D) Flooring; (BP09E) Painting, Floor Sealing & Wall Coverings; (BP10A) Signage; (BP10B) Demountable + Folding Partitions; (BP10C) Toilet Partitions & Accessories; (BP12) Roller Window Shades; (BP14) Elevators; (BP21) Fire Sprinklers; (BP22) Plumbing; (BP23) HVAC; (BP22-23 Combo) Plumbing & HVAC Combo; (BP26) Electrical & Fire Alarm; (BP31) Site Civil, Utilities & Exterior Improvements; (BP32) Landscaping & Pavers.
Packages will be bid to prequalified contractors only. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, and must be hand-delivered to:
