EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Elm City-Corporate Hangar. Due 05/06/2025 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
The project scope will include the construction of one 80’x100’ Corporate Hangar building with a bathroom (building plans are performance-based). Service utilities will be extended to the proposed hangar. The hangar site preparation will include a concrete paved apron (approximately 778 SY’s) that ties into the adjacent taxiway with the associated grading and drainage. The project also includes an asphalt parking lot for auto access (approximately 110 tons of asphalt).

This project is buy American and Davis-Bacon Act.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
