Project Description:
The project consist of the construction of a 12,133-square-foot-one-story building, including site development, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. The building includes a 911 dispatch, an EOC/ Training room, offices, an EMS station, and support spaces. Construction includes wood trusses, slab-on-grade, load-bearing CMU walls with brick veneer, standing seam metal roof system, and steel stud interior walls.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected] .
