Eva Perry Regional Library Metal Roof and Window Repairs Project

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals will be received by Wake County Procurement Services, in Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 3:00 p.m., April 10, 2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering the construction for the Eva Perry Regional Library Metal Roof and Window Repairs Project, located at 2100 Shepherds Vineyard Drive, Apex, NC 27502.  An electronic copy of the contract documents (PDF) may be obtained from the Engineer by sending an email request to John Davinson at [email protected] .  Complete contract documents will also be open for inspection in the offices of the Engineer beginning on March 24, 2025.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at The Eva Perry Regional Library located at 2100 Shepherds Vineyard Drive, Apex, NC 27502 at 11:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on March 27, 2025.  Purpose of conference is for prospective Bidders to familiarize themselves with the site and to ask questions pertaining to the Contract Documents.

Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS §143-8.  Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 00500, Minority Business Enterprise Documents, of the Project Manual.

No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
