Exterior Door Replacement in 73 occupied dwelling units

The Rockingham Housing Authority (RHA) is seeking bids for exterior door replacement in 73 occupied dwelling units. Scope of work includes but is not limited removal of existing storm doors and exterior entry doors and casing. Installing new metal casing and metal exterior doors. This contract will be for 120 calendar days. A pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for February 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Though this pre-bid site visit is not mandatory, it is encouraged that you attend. Sealed bids are due March 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. A copy of the bid package may be obtained at the RHA Main Office; 809 Armstead Street, Rockingham, NC 28379 or an electronic copied emailed by sending a request to Chereka Belton at [email protected] .
