NOTICE TO BIDDERS

RFB #25-070 

Sealed proposals will be received by Wake County Procurement Services, in Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of FIVE COUNTY STADIUM – ADA PHASE 2, located in Zebulon, NC. Work includes renovation of the women’s restroom on the first base side, men’s restroom on the third base side (both located in the main concourse), and the upper concourse restrooms.

A digital copy of the contract documents (PDF), including plans and specifications, may be obtained from Provision Studio, PLLC by sending an email request to Daniel Culbertson at  [email protected] or Jon Zellweger at [email protected]. Complete contract documents will also be open for inspection in the offices of Provision Studio, 313 East Martin Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, (919) 272-3349.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 at 1:30 pm at the Five County Stadium, in Zebulon, NC.

No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
