BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST 

FORSYTH TECHNICAL COMMUNITY
COLLEGE COURTYARD 

Balfour Beatty is seeking to pre-qualify principal trade contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for construction of the New Learning Commons Courtyard on campus.  Work will include Site Electric, Sitework, Hardscape, and Landscaping.

NCHUB Certified MWBE firms are encouraged to participate.  There will be an MWBE outreach session held on June 19, 2024, at 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm.  Outreach Registration link:  https://bit.ly/FTCCCourtyard .
