ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in the DeHuguley Building Conference Room, 1601 East Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27411; Attn: James Shell for the Fort Interdisciplinary Research Center (IRC) Roof Replacement project and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read at the same location.

Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.    All proposals shall be lump sum.

A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at the DeHuguley Building Conference Room, 1601 East Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27411 on the campus of NC A&T State University. Interested subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Atlas Engineering, Inc., 551-A Pylon Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina 27606, (919) 420-7676 Attn: Kelli Wilcox, PE ([email protected]) during normal office hours after May 27, 2025. Electronic documents are provided at no cost. Refundable plan deposit of One hundred dollars ($100.00) is required for hardcopy sets.

Qualified Minority-Owned Contractors are encouraged to bid.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
