“Franklin County 109/111 West Nash St. Demolition and Lateral Structural Support Build”
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for “Franklin County 109/111 West Nash St. Demolition and Lateral Structural Support Build” will be received by Franklin County at the 2nd Floor Conference Room in the Administration Building located at 113 Market Street, Louisburg, NC 27549, until 2:00 P.M., on April 8, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The outside of the envelope must be marked “SEALED BID”. Franklin County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the Franklin County 109/111 West Nash St. Demolition and Lateral Structural Support Build. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.
An open Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on March 24, 2025, at the project site located in front of the building at 111 West Nash St., Louisburg, NC 27549. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.
Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 (252) 937-2500 (or email: [email protected]) beginning March 10, 2025, during normal office hours.
