The Barnhill Building Group (a Construction Manager at Risk) seeks to PRE-QUALIFY first-tier Principal Trade & Specialty Contractors for submission of Turnkey BID’s (by Bid Package) for Site Development and General Construction of all work to complete the Frederick Douglass Elementary School (FDES) in Elm City NC. Timeline: Pre-Qualification Applications accepted through August 22, 2025. Invitation to Bid September 2025, Bid October 2025, Start December 2025, Finish April 2027. Bids accepted from Prequalified Bidders ONLY (Facsimile or Email submissions also NOT accepted). The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to add Pre-Qualified bidders as well as reject any and all Bids.
