Gray’s Creek High School Chiller Replacement

Sealed proposals will be received in the Cumberland County Schools’ Plant Operations Center, 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306, until Tuesday November 26, 2024 at 10:00 am. At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Gray’s Creek High School Chiller Replacement. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday November 6, 2024.  Contractors interested in bidding shall meet at Gray’s Creek High School, 5301 Celebration Dr, Hope Mills, NC 28348. The Designer will issue complete Bid Documents electronically. Contact Locklear, Locklear & Jacobs, PLLC (LL&J) PO Box 3119 Pembroke, North Carolina 28372, for complete bidding requirements. Contact Number for LL&J is 910-774-9306. Bid Bond is required, and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.

Certain MBE guidelines must be followed. Proposals will be received from contractors licensed per G.S.87. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
