**Section 3** This project will include Section 3 requirements.  Section 3 companies are strongly encouraged to bid.  The purpose of Section 3 is to ensure employment and other economic opportunities directed to low- and very low-income persons, particularly those who are recipients of government assistance for housing, and to business concerns which provide economic opportunities to low- and very low-income persons.

**HUB/SBO participation Goals are 14% MBE and 16% MBE**  

Quick payment terms are available for qualified companies.  Scopes of work can be broken down into economically feasible units in order to facilitate Section 3 and M/WBE participation.
