Groves Center Addition and Renovation at their Franklin, NC campus (SCO# 22-25212-01A, NCCCS# 2660)

Southwestern Community College in Sylva, NC seeks Single Prime Bids for the construction of the Groves Center Addition and Renovation at their Franklin, NC campus (SCO# 22-25212-01A, NCCCS# 2660).  This is a two story, new construction/addition project of approximately 2,000 square feet including general lab spaces related to health sciences.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on May 2nd, 2024, in Board Room 212, at the Groves Center, Southwestern Community College – Macon Campus, 44 Siler Farm Road, Franklin, NC 28734, at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 10th, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the project location (Groves Center, in Franklin.)  The meeting will address project specific questions, bidding procedures, bid forms, and preferred brand alternates.  A walk-through of the site and building will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting.
