Guilford Technical Community College is accepting letters of interest for a Commissioning Authority for the Aviation Center at the Cameron Campus – Phase I until Monday, March 4, 2024, at 5 PM EST in the Campus Operations Building, 1003 Bonner Drive, Jamestown, NC 27282, Attn:  Charles Young, Office 1136.  This project will provide a new space that consolidates GTCC’s aviation program at the Cameron Campus.  The first phase will provide 70,000 square feet of new space for offices, classrooms, labs, and storage on the existing building pad at the Cameron Campus and will tie into the existing central energy plant and site utilities, with an estimated construction budget of $27,739,010.
