Guilford County Schools: Sumner Elementary School Replacement project

Vannoy-McFarland, a Joint Venture invites you to prequalify for the upcoming Guilford County Schools: Sumner Elementary School Replacement project. This project consists of constructing a new replacement school of approximately 112,000 square feet on the existing Sumner Elementary School campus. The existing school buildings will be demolished in phases as part of this project. Temporary roads and parking areas will be provided to meet the interim needs of the existing school while the new building is constructed.

Please request a prequalification form via email from [email protected], or in person at 700 Highland Oaks Dr. Winston-Salem NC 27103. Completed prequalification forms are due no later than Monday 03/10/2025.
