Gym floor replacement, toilet room renovations, and partial roofing replacement to the 8,600 square foot Harmony Elementary School Gym Building

INVITATION FOR BIDS

Iredell Statesville Schools (ISS) will receive sealed, single prime, lump sum bids for the new Central Office Building until 2:00 pm on March 19, 2024, at the Facilities and Planning Career Academy of the Career Academy and Technical School (CATS), 350 Old Murdock Road, Troutman, NC to the attention of Mr. Scott Hager.  At that time qualified bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in the lower-level conference room at CATS.  Bid, Performance, and Payment bonds are required.  The project scope of work includes gym floor replacement, toilet room renovations, and partial roofing replacement to the 8,600 square foot Harmony Elementary School Gym Building.  A pre-bid conference and site visit for all bidders will be held on March 05, 2024, at 10:00 am at Harmony Elementary School, 139 Harmony School Road, Harmony, NC.  All prospective bidders are requested to attend and check in at the school’s main office.  To view the construction documents or to obtain electronic plans and specifications by Adams +Associates Architecture of 126 N. Main Street in Mooresville, NC, bidders must register with Duncan Parnell via their bid room http://www.dpibidroom.com . From 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.  Documents will be available on Monday, February 26, 2024.  ISS reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
