Project Description:
The scope of this project includes the renovation of the existing T-pier located at waterfront park located at 508 South Water Street, Elizabeth City. In addition, various new piling locations are required. The construction of two new piers are also planned at Mariner’s Wharf Park located at 106 South Water Street.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected] .
