EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Harbor Towns Restroom Renovation. Due 05/08/2025 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
The scope of this project involves the demolition and renovation of two restrooms located at 106 South Water Street. Renovation will include new restroom fixtures, finishes and mechanical system. Project also includes extending water and electric utilities to the existing finger piers.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
