H&M Constructors are requesting bids from Certified Female Contractors/Suppliers and Certified Minority Contractors/Suppliers for the following project: 

1)  Hayesville Intermediate School, Hayesville, NC. 

Bids are due:
February 29 @3 pm. 

Bid Date:
March 1 @ 11:00 am. 

This project consists of the demolition of existing buildings to allow for the construction of a new freestanding two story facility approximately 113,000 SF to accommodate the 3^rd-8^th grade classrooms and their administration, as well as a cafeteria and auditorium. 

Plans are available for review on the H&M Constructors Dropbox link below.  H&M is willing to enter into good faith discussions regarding the opportunities listed below to provide the following assistance:

• Break down combined elements of work into economically feasible units as appropriate.
• Provide an alternative to bonding such as a joint pay agreement.
• Provide quick pay agreements.
