NOTICE TO TRADE SUBCONTRACTORS 

BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST 

PROJECT:  ILM CURBSIDE IMPROVEMENTS 

Monteith Construction has been selected as the CM at Risk and is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the ILM Curbside Improvements project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is undergoing phase one of improvements to its airport access roadways, terminal curbside canopies, and terminal.  We are currently pre-qualifying for BP10 pre-manufactured canopies.  The scope includes 575 LF of pedestrian walkway to connect existing terminal to rental car lot. 

PREQUALIFICATION DUE DATE:
March 1, 2024, by 5:00 PM.

Relevant project experience will be considered during prequalification.

Anticipated to bid late March 2024.  Only bids from prequalified contractors will be accepted.

Completed prequalification forms will be accepted by email only to:  Maria Rosales at [email protected] .

The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Pre-qualifications. Contracting method will be through Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statues.  For further information or questions related to this project, please contact Maria Rosales 317.366.3022.
