INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or a related field (e.g. Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Education, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution. Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and educational technology integration, preferably in higher education settings. Understanding of adult learning principles, pedagogical approaches, and learning theories. Proficiency in using learning management systems (e.g. Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas), multimedia tools, and other educational technologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong project management abilities with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines for creating inclusive online learning experiences. Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving educational landscapes. Experience in providing professional development and training.
