EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Interior Renovations for Edgecombe County Emergency Operations Center (Due 08/27/2024 @ 3:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
Renovation of a fire/police facility in Tarboro, NC.  Completed Plans call for the renovation of a 788-sq ft. one-story above grade fire/police facility.  The project consists of interior renovation of the existing EOC building.  Renovations consist of interior stud walls, finishes, selective demolition, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.  Construction includes cutting and patching existing slab on grade, steel stud interior walls, and cutting and patching existing interior masonry.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged.  Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation.  Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands.  Email bids to [email protected] .  Plans/specs are available on our website, www.archesson.com/bid .  For more information, contact us at 800-849-4486.  A.
