Interior Renovations to the Existing Dentist Office

INVITATION FOR BIDS 

Cabarrus Health Alliance (CHA) will receive double sealed, single prime, lump sum bids for the Interior Renovations to the Existing Dentist Office until 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at the Cabarrus Health Alliance facility, 300 Mooresville Road, Kannapolis, NC to the attention of Mrs. Monica Shelley-Henson.  At that time qualified bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in the main-level conference room.  Bid, Performance, and Payment bonds are required.  The project scope of work includes the interior renovation of an existing dental office, approximately 1,600 square feet, reconfiguration of spaces, and the addition of 3 new dental stations.  A pre-bid conference and site visit for all bidders will be held on June 6, 2024, at 1:00 pm at the Cabarrus Health Alliance facility, 300 Mooresville Road, Kannapolis, NC.  All prospective bidders are requested to attend.  To view the construction documents or obtaining electronic plans and specifications by Adams +Associates Architecture of 126 N. Main Street in Mooresville, NC, bidders must register with Duncan Parnell via their bid room http://www.dpibidroom.com , from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday beginning on Monday, May 27, 2024.  CHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
