ITB: WASTEWATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS

Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-129, Brunswick County is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of the following: Wastewater Treatment Chemicals.

Questions or requests for further information regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to the attention of [email protected] no later than July 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. ET.  A copy of all questions, further clarifications and answers will be made in the form of an Addendum to this Invitation to Bid and will be provided to all known bidders and posted on the County’s website.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, bidders will be responsible for ensuring that they have all addenda.

Those interested should submit one (1) hard copy of the bid.  Bids may only be mailed or hand delivered to the following:

Bids must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. ET on July 31, 2025.  Brunswick County will not be responsible for the failure of any mail or delivery service to deliver a bid prior to the stated date and time. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and must be marked “SEALED BID – WASTEWATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS.” Bids not sealed and so marked will not be considered. Regardless of the manner of submission, any bid received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Incomplete bids or bids inconsistent with the required format may be disqualified from consideration.
