ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on March 28, 2024, at East Carolina University Facilities Engineering and Architectural Services 1001 East Street, Greenville, NC 27858, for the construction of:

Jenkins Fine Arts Roof Replacement

at which time and place bids will be opened and read. 

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on March 14, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the project site.  The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from REI Engineers, Inc. 2708-A Exchange Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405 during normal office hours after March 6, 2024.

Plan Deposit 200.00.

Electronic documents may be provided by REI Engineers, Inc. at no charge.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
