EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Jockey’s Ridge State Park-Boardwalk Repairs and Extensions Due 04/15/2025 @ 3:00 p.m).

Project Description:
Project involves:  the demolition and disposal of approximately 400 linear feet of existing wooden boardwalk.  Piles from existing boardwalk will remain and new boardwalk will be reconstructed.

Approximately 1,150 linear feet of additional new boardwalk will be constructed, to include two 12′ x 16′ roofed shade areas, a 20′ x 20′ gazebo, and two ADA compliant egress ramps and Stairs.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged.  Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation.  Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands.  Email bids to [email protected] .  Plans/specs are available on our website, www.archesson.com/bids .  For more information, contact us at 800-849-4486.  A.
