D.A. Everett/Christman, A Joint Venture has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Winston-Salem State University for the K.R. Williams Auditorium addition & renovation in Winston-Salem, NC. This project includes renovation and addition to a 3-story building which is approximately 50,067 SF auditorium and classroom space. Currently, we are seeking to pre-qualify for the Early Packages for Site Utilities & Earthwork, Temp Fencing and Demo & Abatement.
D.A. Everett/Christman along with WSSU encourage and promote the use Minority & Women Owned Businesses as first and second tier bidders. A virtual Contractor Information Session (using Teams) will be held on Wednesday, February 21st at 11:00 am.
