Project Description:
The project is for the renovation of an existing chiller plant for NC Deot of Agriculture masonry 1.5 story masonry building in Raleigh NC. Our trades work consists of but not limited to Glass/Glazing, specialty demolition, asbestos/lead abatement, cleaning, painting , interior glazing, curtainwall installation .
Scope of work includes but is not limited to:, Glass and Glazing, curtainwall installation
Carolina Classic Window & Glass is requesting bids from certified M/WBE firms on this project.
Quotes must be received by 06/20/2024, 1pm

Carolina Classic Window & Glass is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms, if appropriate. We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project.

Carolina Classic Window & Glass will look at the possibility of a joint venture or partnership arrangement, if appropriate.
Carolina Classic Window & Glass will modify our payment schedule to meet individual needs upon submission of a qualified invoice. At a minimum, CCWG will insert a quick pay clause in the subcontract which allows for two billings per month in lieu of one.
