EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Leggett VFD & Town Hall. Due 06/05/2025 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
Building Construction including but not limited to a new 8,800 +/-sq ft new Fire Department and Town Hall Building in addition to a new 1,500 +/-sq ft storage building, to include all interior rooms and finish, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. Site Preparation including, but not limited to excavation and grading, sedimentation and erosion control, utilities, concrete sidewalk(s), landscaping and permanent seeding, building sub-grade preparation, and all site utilities.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
