LETTER OF INTEREST FOR TRUCK DRIVE TRACK – GREENSBORO CAMPUS
Letters of Interest with SF-254 will be received until November 2, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. EDT in the Construction Office, Campus Operations Building, 1003 Bonner Drive, Jamestown, NC, 27282, Attn:  Mitchell Johnson for architectural/engineering services for the construction of a lighted truck drive track at the Greensboro campus to accommodate the truck driver training program.  The trackpad and access road must accommodate the weight of semi-trailer trucks.  In addition, the project will include stormwater, access drives, and parking as needed to support the drive track.  The projected construction budget is $3,924,000 of which the Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) has awarded GTCC a federal grant in the amount of $1,741,378 for this project.
